On holidays, Gordon enjoys hosting home gatherings with friends.

Cooking is one of his biggest passions. He loves visiting supermarkets, making Indonesian dishes in Foshan, and inviting friends over for meals. "Sometimes I cook Indonesian food, they make Cantonese dishes — and we just have a great time together!" he said. His friends have even nicknamed him "Foshan's Indonesian Master Chef."

Looking to the future, Gordon said, "I hope to buy a house, buy a car, and truly take roots here in Foshan."
