"For culture to survive, digitalization is not a choice but a neccessity," said Shen Zhuanghai, Professor of Wuhan University, at the Forum on Building up China's Cultural Strength 2025, held on May 26 in Shenzhen, South China's Guangdong Province.
"While we value digital tools in cultural development," Shen added, "we shall not forget the role of human in culture and our responsibility as cultural creators."
