Global youth meet nature at Nansha Waterfowl World Ecological Park

A total of 19 young participants from 13 countries and regions visited the Nansha Waterfowl World Ecological Park in Guangzhou recently as part of a summer study tour.

Amid the shimmering wetlands, they explored Southeast Asian-style pavilions, fed pelicans and watched peacocks spread their colorful tails. The firsthand experience brought them closer to Nansha's philosophy of harmonious coexistence between people and nature, and to the district's efforts in building a "green and beautiful" Nansha with a livable environment and thriving ecology.

The visitors left impressed, further boosting Nansha's growing appeal as a model of sustainable urban living.
