On June 18, the South-Foshan Zhangcha International Communication Hub was officially inaugurated in Foshan, becoming Guangdong's second subdistrict-level international communication platform. Zhangcha is located at the heart of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, within Chancheng District, the city center of Foshan.
It is both a major center of Lingnan culture, with a long-standing heritage in traditional practices such as lion dance, dragon boat racing, and Cantonese cuisine, and China's largest knitted fabric production base, as well as a hub for modern urban industries. The new hub will prioritize city brand promotion and facilitate the global reach of its distinctive culture and products, aiming to serve as the premier window for the world to discover Zhangcha and accelerate its internationalization.
