Tiny beads on your ears, and a promise of better sleep?

While exploring the Heluo Intangible Cultural Heritage Showcase, part of the 2026 Global Mayors Dialogue·Luoyang, a South reporter unexpectedly got to try a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) therapy called auricular point plaster therapy.

The therapist placed tiny magnetic beads on specific points on his ears, hoping to help with his stress and sleep problems. And she was pretty confident he'd sleep well that night!

By 8 p.m., our reporter was already feeling sleepy. Coincidence, or is he just tired?
Would you give this a try?
