The Tianraobu Straw Dragon Dance Carnival was held as part of the "Trendy Weekend IN Hengli" series from September 24 to 26. Eleven straw dragons paraded through the village under the moonlight, bringing an intangible cultural heritage tradition to life while adding fresh energy to the local countryside.
Among the crowd was an Italian visitor documenting the celebration for a book about the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). Through his lens, the Mid-Autumn Festival in Dongguan became another vivid chapter in his journey through the GBA.
