Caicai, also called Eddie (whose full name is Cai Gaoyong), is a Malaysian Chinese studying at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. He's currently working as a medical intern at Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
While in Zhongshan, Caicai appeared six times on the TV show China Conference on Traditional Chinese Medicine (Season 2), where he met many leading TCM masters. He further immersed himself in TCM culture by volunteering to give talks on TCM and exploring TCM-themed night markets. Upon graduation this June, he plans to return to Malaysia, aspiring to introduce TCM culture and make it accessible to a broader audience.
