"If people in the US knew more about Chinese history, they would see that China is a peaceful nation."
Josh Selig, founder & president of China Bridge Content, a media content and consulting firm based in New York and Beijing, made the remarks at the Asia-Pacific Media Forum in Shenzhen on September 5.
He said China strives to build good and lasting relationships around the world, adding that he has witnessed its approach of pursuing "win-win relationships" hundreds of times through his TV projects.
