Visually impaired woman's video highlights kindness on streets of Foshan

Recently, a visually impaired young woman shared a short video on social media. In the video, she and a group of visually impaired friends set off from Zumiao Metro Station in Foshan, heading to a shop near Huiji Dessert to buy egg waffles. Filmed from a first-person perspective, the video documents the help and guidance she received along the way, praising Foshan for its warmth everywhere.

Along the way, she met a kind passerby who patiently gave her directions, escorted her safely across the crosswalk, and reminded her to watch out for electric scooters parked by the road. She also met a traffic assistant who took the initiative to ask where she was going and warmly offered to walk her to the dessert shop. When buying egg waffles, she received kind help from shop staff members and other passersby.

Beyond the warm assistance from many residents on the street, the comment section of the video is also filled with kindness. Many netizens offered to recommend great local spots, extended a warm welcome to her visit to Foshan, and sent encouraging words.

The beauty of Foshan Ancient Town lies not only in its delicious food, Cantonese Opera and Kung Fu, but also in the kindness flowing through every street and alley, and the warmth between people.
