At the same time, the Huizhou municipal government signed strategic cooperation framework agreements with 11 enterprises to establish smart city partnerships. The parties will deepen cooperation in technology research and development, product application, talent cultivation and industrial incubation, jointly advancing smart city development.

Huizhou Artificial Intelligence Development Co., Ltd. was also inaugurated during the event. Focusing on the full industrial chain of AI and robotics, the company will operate on a market-oriented basis to support the attraction of major projects, the development of innovation platforms and the cultivation of an industrial ecosystem. In addition, the Huizhou State-Owned Investment Fund was launched, with investment focusing on key areas such as AI foundational hardware and software, core components, intelligent terminals and industry-specific applications.

Huizhou already has strong foundations in the AI sector, with growing synergy across energy, computing power, data, industry and application resources. Guided by the scenario demand lists, the city will continue to advance its "AI+" initiatives, accelerate the rollout of dedicated AI policies, and strengthen collaboration with neighboring cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to build a vibrant AI industry ecosystem.
