The 31st International Congress of The Transplantation Society (TTS 2026) is being held in Sydney, Australia, from September 20 to 23, bringing together leading experts from around the world to advance the field of organ transplantation.
During the congress, the team led by Professor He Xiaoshun from the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University (FAH-SYSU) was invited to deliver oral presentations, sharing the team's latest innovations in organ transplantation and organ medicine, including advances in organ preservation, extracorporeal support and other emerging technologies.
Conference statistics show FAH-SYSU has delivered 25 oral presentations at TTS 2026, the highest number among participating institutions from China.
From pioneering ischemia-free organ transplantation to advancing organ medicine, Professor He's team continues to bring Chinese innovations to the international stage, contributing new ideas and approaches to the global transplant community.
