From September 10 to 11, representatives from foreign friendship cities and organizations of South China's Guangdong Province toured Shenzhen, a pioneer of China's reform and opening-up, visiting enterprises and institutions in education, technology, architecture, and waste management to experience the city's tech-driven, green lifestyle firsthand.
The visit, organized by the Guangdong People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, aimed to strengthen cooperation, particularly in technology, with foreign friendship cities and organizations.
Delegates noted that Shenzhen's practices could inspire collaboration in areas such as new technologies, sustainable business, and trade.
