Guangdong Goods shine at Chinese National Day Reception in Hanoi

The Chinese Embassy in Vietnam hosted a reception in Hanoi, Vietnam, on September 30, to celebrate the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, with a "Guangdong Goods Go Global" themed exhibition bringing innovative products from Guangdong Province into the spotlight.

More than 500 guests attended, including Vietnamese officials from the party, government, military and mass organizations, foreign diplomats accredited to Vietnam, representatives of Chinese-funded institutions and Chinese students.

At the reception, the cultural performance and intangible cultural heritage display were presented by South, Guangxi Daily Media Group (Guangxi International Communication Center) and Guangxi Arts University. The themed exhibition, organized by South in collaboration with IP Guangdong, showcased a range of premium Guangdong products, highlighting the province's innovative vitality and cultural characteristics.

Among the exhibits were air drum kits, stringless guitars, 3D metal puzzles and more. Combining display with hands-on experience, the exhibition allowed guests to get up close and experience in person the creativity and cultural appeal of Guangdong-made products. Many visitors stopped by to learn more and try the items, further raising the international profile of Guangdong goods in Hanoi.

Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam, visited the themed exhibition.

At the stringless guitar booth, she paused to appreciate the beautiful music produced by the instrument. She also learned about the air drum kit, the 3D metal puzzles and more, experiencing the innovative charm of Guangdong intelligent manufacturing. The products, embodying both innovation and cultural features, served as a bridge connecting the people of China and Vietnam.

The reception underscored the growing cultural and economic ties between the two neighbors, with Guangdong's creative and technological achievements taking center stage on a night of shared celebration.
