Guangzhou, known for its vibrant culture and bustling markets, has introduced a series of city gifts at the century-old Xihu Flower Market, providing Guangzhou specialties for both local citizens and tourists.
The "must-buy" city gifts booth, located at No. 45 Xihu Road, aims to promote unique and high-quality products that represent the essence of Guangzhou, and is also part of Guangzhou's efforts to create a new consumer landscape.
The gifts selected include a variety of products that reflect the city's rich cultural heritage and modern innovation.

What to Buy?
The "must-buy" city gifts consist of 67 items across four categories. These gifts, carefully chosen for their quality, popularity, and uniqueness, include traditional Lingnan snacks, craft products, and trendy new items.

For instance, visitors can find local specialties such as Bao Sheng Garden's Lingnan honey, Bao Sang Garden's 100% mulberry juice, and Guan Zhan's flower calyx family gift box. There are also craft items like silk cultural and creative gift boxes, kapok flower refrigerator magnets, and Cantonese embroidery gold coin bags.
How to send?
To make gift-giving more convenient, the Guangzhou Business Bureau partnered with WeChat to offer a "scan and send" service. Consumers can simply scan a QR code at the booth to purchase and send gifts to their friends and family via WeChat, eliminating the need to carry heavy packages and allowing people to easily share the festive spirit of Guangzhou with their loved ones.
Special Offers
In addition to the "scan and send" service, the "must-buy" booth is also distributing limited edition red envelopes and plush toys. Visitors can also receive "Dining in Guangzhou" consumption vouchers with discounts ranging from 50 to 200 yuan off purchases of 200, 500, and 1000 yuan, respectively.

The venue of the "must-buy" booth, the Xihu Flower Market, will be open from January 25 to the early morning of January 29 (the first day of the Chinese New Year). Welcome to the Xihu Flower Market for an exciting and convenient shopping experience, and bring a piece of Guangzhou home with you!
