Music lovers and nostalgia seekers are in for a treat as the 2nd Guangdong-Macao Pop Music Week prepares to take center stage at the Hengqin Culture & Art Complex West Square on the nights of May 15 and 16!

This highly anticipated cultural event will feature a stellar lineup of renowned artists from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong SAR, and Macao SAR, including Cantopop icons Karen Tong, Vincy Chan, and Ken Hung, alongside folk favorite Wulan Tuoya, offering a nostalgic journey through the hits that defined a generation.
The two-night musical extravaganza is open to the public free of charge, though seating is limited. Fans can secure their spots when the official ticket reservation portal opened at 11:00 AM on May 7. To register, attendees must scan the official event QR code and complete a simple membership sign-up, which requires a valid email address for identity verification.
Each account is eligible to book up to 2 tickets per night on a first-come, first-served basis. Successful registrants are advised to take screenshots of their confirmation QR codes for on-site validation.
Beyond the musical performances, the event promises an interactive experience with a series of "Lucky Draws." Prizes range from local delicacies like October Fifth Bakery Macao gift boxes to premium experiences, including staycation vouchers at the Wynn Palace Macao and Hengqin No. 5 Hotel, as well as tickets to the Chimelong Ocean Kingdom.
Getting to the venue will be made seamless through Hengqin's integrated green transportation network. International and local visitors can reach the center via the Guangdong-Zhuhai Intercity Railway, with the trip from Zhuhai Station taking approximately 20 minutes.
For those traveling from Macao, the Macao Light Rapid Transit (LRT) Hengqin Line offers a swift 2-minute connection from Lotus Station to Hengqin Station.
Local attendees can also take bus routes directly to the Hengqin Culture & Art Complex.
The performances are scheduled to run from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM each evening. With evening temperatures expected to range from 24°C to 28°C, a light jacket is recommended.
For those unable to attend in person, the concerts will be broadcast live via official WeChat channels, including "Hengqin Online" and "Hengqin Minsheng," so no one misses the chance to hear their favorite classic tracks performed by the original artists.
