Come to the Wangjiegang Forest Park in Zhangcha Sub-district, Chancheng District, Foshan, and you will be able to immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of the city.

On November 29, the Lingnan Sculpture Garden officially opened to the public after a year of meticulous preparation. At the same time, the Fenjiangyuan Volcano Culture and Art Week was initiated, the Zhangcha Cultural and Tourism Map was officially illuminated, and the Zhangcha Subdistrict Lion King Competition was signed and settled. This brings a series of activities to showcase the unique historical and cultural charm of Zhangcha in Chancheng.
A total of nine sculptures were selected as the first batch of works to enter the Lingnan Sculpture Garden. Each of these works carries the profound heritage of Lingnan culture and the innovative inspiration of the artists, featuring Foshan's martial artist Wong Fei Hung, lion and dragon dance, flowers, lotus lantern, dragon boat race, and so on.

"I hope that a hundred years later, the fine pieces in the sculpture garden will become precious cultural relics. When our descendants play in the Lingnan Sculpture Garden, they will feel grateful and proud of the Lingnan cultural wealth that we have accumulated," said Wu Xinkun, one of the initiators of the Lingnan Sculpture Garden and an internationally renowned sculpture master.
In addition, the Fenjiangyuan Volcano Culture and Art Week is a great cultural event not to be missed. Relying on unique resources such as the 52-million-year-old volcanic relics of Wangjiegang and the source of the Fen River, Zhangcha Sub-district has created a series of cultural activities themed around "fire," including a gourmet cultural experience week, fashion shows, camping festivals, ecological tours, as well as sculpture exhibitions, pottery exhibitions, art exhibitions, car exhibitions, and family carnival markets.
