According to the older generation in Nanqing Village, a long time ago, all kinds of evil spirits ran amok within a radius of hundreds of miles around Yajiling, and the people lived a miserable life. The three immortals of Heaven, Earth, and Man received the order to descend to the mortal world to subdue the demons. To protect the people, the three immortals transformed their colorful lotus platforms and golden bodies into the current Sanxian Stones. This legend carries the local people's longing for a peaceful life. For thousands of years, it has been passed down from generation to generation.
