Macau-Hengqin Craft Market to return with exciting entertainment

The upgraded Macau-Hengqin Craft Market is set to return on June 12, at the Hengqin Cultural Arts Centre, promising residents and visitors a four-day cultural and creative feast from June 12 to 15.

Diverse entertainment experiences

The event will feature a 6,000 m² space with areas for eating, drinking, and playing. Visitors will enjoy performances by the renowned Inca Music group, which will present their first performance of Andean music in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). The Chimelong International Circus, GALA Band, Firefly Band, and more are also scheduled to perform.

Attendees will be able to participate in interactive activities such as lotteries and stamp-collecting to win various gifts, including keychains, fridge magnets, cross-body bags, fans, and limited-edition creative ice creams.

Five highlights of the event

Firstly, the event will unlock indoor and outdoor spaces of the Hengqin Cultural Arts Centre, offering a one-stop space that integrates dining, entertainment, and shopping.

Secondly, the Creative Market will feature 150 booths, with 70 from overseas, including 50 Macao brands, 6 Hong Kong brands, and brands from Thailand and Malaysia.

Thirdly, two specially designed booths will showcase over 50 licensed cultural and creative products related to the 15th National Games and Macao Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Fourthly, the event will include a theater stage area with performances by Inca Music and other groups, as well as sharing sessions by seven cultural and artistic experts.

Lastly, the event will launch its official mascot and a series of related products. Visitors will have the chance to win these items through simple interactions such as lotteries, stamp-collecting, and liking.
