At Yanhongzishu Gouqi Manor in Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Northwest China, fresh goji berries are processed within two hours of harvest using low-temperature vacuum technology, helping preserve their vibrant color and nutritional value.
The manor is the first and only goji berry-themed manor in China and a great place to discover the story behind one of the region's signature crops.
