China Southern Airlines (CSA) has announced its flight schedule for the 2025 summer-autumn season, operating from March 30 to October 25. Over the 210-day period, the airline plans to operate more than 620,000 flights across 940 routes.

The airline will strengthen its domestic network, enhancing connectivity from major hubs in Guangzhou, Beijing, and Urumqi. More than 740 domestic routes are planned, including new services such as Beijing Daxing–Jingzhou, Harbin–Nanjing, and Zhengzhou–Kashgar. Additional flights will also be added on key routes from Guangzhou, Beijing Daxing, and Urumqi to cities including Kashgar, Yiwu, and Shanghai.

To cater to business travelers, CSA will continue to expand its "China Southern Air Shuffle" service, covering 19 high-frequency routes. The Guangzhou hub alone will handle an average of 131 departures daily under this service, accounting for 44% of its total outbound flights.

Meanwhile CSA is scaling up the commercial use of domestically produced aircraft. Its growing C919 fleet will be deployed on major routes linking Guangzhou with Shanghai, Chengdu, and Wuhan. Meanwhile, C909 aircraft will serve around 50 routes from bases in Guangzhou, Jieyang, and Wuhan. To support this expansion, Guangzhou Baiyun Airport has allocated additional boarding bridges for these aircraft.

On the international front, CSA plans to operate over 200 routes across 47 countries and regions, including Europe, North America, Australia, and Southeast Asia. New routes will be introduced from Guangzhou to Nagoya and Surabaya, as well as from Shenzhen to Osaka. Flight frequencies will also increase on popular routes such as Guangzhou to Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and Vientiane.
