On April 20, the Hongshan Gymnasium in Wuhan, located in central China's Hubei Province, buzzed with excitement as the "Million Talents Gather in Guangdong" 2025 N-City Spring Joint Recruitment Campaign (Wuhan Station) kicked off, attracting aspiring students nationwide to pursue their dreams.
At the opening ceremony, industry leaders and entrepreneurs shared their motivations for choosing Guangdong and establishing their roots in Huizhou.

"Your choices today will shape the Greater Bay Area tomorrow," declared Zhang Qi, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Sun Yat-sen University Committee, as he passionately addressed the students. "Here, you'll discover a vibrant urban cluster driven by innovation, world-class industrial ecosystems, and boundless opportunities powered by national strategies."
Jiang Jie, Chairman of Guangdong Desay Group, praised Huizhou as "a land of opportunity for careers and innovation," citing its industrial clusters, first-class business environment, and livable, vibrant atmosphere. Reflecting on his 37 years of work and life in Huizhou, he highlighted how the city fosters both professional success and a rewarding personal life.
Led by industry giants like BYD, TCL, Tencent, and Desay SV, a total of 242 high-quality enterprises, institutions, and research organizations from across Guangdong offered over 16,000 premium job opportunities. More than 400 of these roles featured annual salaries between RMB 500,000 and 1 million, while over 160 positions surpassed the RMB 1 million mark. In addition, companies such as Tencent and DBG Technology unveiled over 20,000 internship openings, with stipends ranging from RMB 36,000 to 360,000.

Differing from traditional formats, the event introduced a dynamic "recruitment + experience" model. Public exhibition zones featured live job-matching streams, on-site policy consultations, and specialized areas for postdoctoral recruitment. Job seekers also benefited from comprehensive, end-to-end support services—including AI-powered mock interviews, resume diagnostics, and personalized career planning.
"This isn't just a job fair—it's a showcase of the city itself, with career opportunities, performances, and local cuisine. It feels genuinely welcoming," said Li, a student from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. "Even if I don't secure a job today, I'll definitely visit Huizhou someday to experience its warmth in person."
According to official statistics, the event attracted over 15,000 job seekers, with 242 employers collectively receiving 45,000 resumes. More than 4,500 candidates reached preliminary employment agreements, highlighting the event's strong success in connecting talent with opportunity.
