The 2025 Macao-Hengqin Expo promotional tour concluded recently in Xiamen, highlighting growing regional influence and business opportunities. The Xiamen event, co-hosted by the Macao SAR Investment Promotion Bureau and the Economic Development Bureau of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, drew over 100 participants from government, business, and cultural tourism sectors.

The tour emphasized practical cooperation in exhibitions, trade, technology, and tourism, positioning Macao-Hengqin as a gateway to South China and a platform for Sino-Portuguese economic exchange. Networking sessions enabled direct business matching, with participants praising the event as both a showcase for the Macao-Hengqin expo brand and a bridge to regional resources and markets.
Xiamen marked the tenth and final stop of the nationwide tour, which attracted over 1,000 business leaders across ten cities, showcasing Macao-Hengqin's exhibition strengths, business advantages, and potential for cross-regional collaboration, while reinforcing its role as a hub for investment and coordinated development in China.
