Rain clears and temperatures rise in Guangdong starting April 1

Guangdong will see an end to the recent rainy weather as temperatures begin to rise from April 1. After a cold spell, with temperatures dropping to -2 °C on Jinzi Mountain in Qingyuan, the province will experience dry conditions as northerly winds take control.

From April 1, light rain will give way to cloudy skies. The lowest temperatures will range from 8 °C to 10 °C in the north and 11 °C to 14 °C elsewhere.

By April 2, the weather will improve to mostly sunny conditions, though cooler mornings and evenings will persist. Northern Guangdong and the northern Pearl River Delta will see the lowest temperatures between 7 °C and 9 °C, while western Guangdong will range from 13 °C to 15 °C.

In Guangzhou, the forecast for the Qingming holiday shows cloudy skies on April 4, followed by light rain on April 5 and 6, with temperatures ranging from 17 °C to 23 °C.
