On November 11, the semifinals of the team competitions in the tennis event at the 15th National Games took place at the Hengqin International Tennis Center, with two gold medals to be decided on November 12.

In one of the men's semifinals, Shang Juncheng led the Beijing team to a 2:0 victory over Zhou Yi's Guangxi team, earning Beijing a place in the men's team final, where they will compete for the gold medal against the Jiangsu team.
The other men's semifinal was contested between the Jiangsu team and the Hong Kong team, in which the Jiangsu team secured the match with a 2:0 victory.

The two women's team semifinals featured the Beijing team against the Zhejiang team, and the Tianjin team against the Hubei team.

On November 10, the second day of the events, in the men's team event, the top three seeds—Jiangsu, Guangxi, and Hong Kong—all advanced, with the remaining semifinal spot secured by the Beijing team. In the women's team event, the top four seeds—Beijing, Tianjin, Hubei, and Zhejiang—successfully reached the final four.
According to the rules of the tennis event at the 15th National Games, the two teams defeated in the semifinals both share third place. Therefore, the Guangxi and Hong Kong teams each secured a bronze medal in the men's team event.
