University students create English rap MV to tell story of Nansha

A group of university students from China and abroad recently created an English rap music video about Nansha, "Ride the Wind, Soar Southward," during the 2026 Global University Media Elite Training Camp in Nansha District, Guangzhou.

The video weaves together 4,000 years of Chinese cultural heritage, a century of modern exploration, the history of reform and opening up, and the national strategic initiatives of the new era through the rhythm of rap. The work tells the story of Nansha while showcasing the district's unique charm.
