During the event, B2B and networking sessions among hotel, travel, and tour entrepreneurs from Nepal and China took place. Speaking on the occasion, Consul General Mr. Bharat Khanal said that a networking event like this will be an opportunity to build on our collective commitment and action to bring our two countries and peoples together through tourism.

According to Khanal, Nepal, cradled in the Himalayas, is a place where snow-capped peaks reach the sky, ancient temples whisper tales of millennia, and lush valleys pulse with life. The endless ridges of the snowy mountains, the bright green in every direction, and the flowing rivers, streams, and every corner of the forest attract everyone. From the majestic Mount Qomolangma to the serene lakes of Pokhara, the landscapes are a testament to nature's grandeur.

Today, over 40 travel agencies from Guangdong and 15 from Nepal join us—a testament to our shared vision. Let us seize this moment to forge partnerships that transcend borders, creating journeys that inspire and unite.

Similarly, Mr. Zhao Wenzhi, President of Guangdong Travel Service Association, expressed his commitment to work together to create a bright future for tourism cooperation between Nepal and China.

Mr. Santosh Panta, Senior Director of the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), delivered an engaging presentation on Nepal's diverse tourism offerings, spotlighting iconic destinations such as Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Chitwan. Mr. Robin Regmi, Senior Officer at NTB, presented Nepal's thrilling adventure tourism opportunities, including trekking and rafting, appealing to adventure enthusiasts.
