Under the theme of New Plan, New Development, New Choices: Chinese Modernization and New Vision for Global Governance, the 2025 Understanding China Conference kicks off in Guangzhou on December 1.
Approximately 200 delegates from 72 countries and regions are attending the three-day conference to explore how Chinese modernization offers a fresh perspective for global governance.
This landmark event will delve into the global significance of China's 15th Five-Year Plan, innovative pathways for Chinese modernization, emerging opportunities for world advancement, and collaborative actions under the Global Governance Initiative.
Among the participants including former prime ministers, vice prime ministers, ministers, and top officials of international organizations in China. Overall attendance is about 800.
