The fourth Clifford Estates International Neighborhood Festival concluded at the European-style square of Clifford Wonderview and at Clifford Square on September 19. Organized by the Residential Committee of Clifford Community with support from the IP Guangdong platform, the festival brought together residents from diverse cultural backgrounds for a day of folk arts and cross-cultural dialogue.

The festival opened with lion and dragon dances and Aoyu, a traditional fish-shaped lantern dance.
The festival also featured a folk-culture parade and a Lingnan cultural and creative market. Community volunteers and students joined the parade, which featured lion and dragon dances and Aoyu. The procession passed through the commercial area, with participants handing out Mid-Autumn Festival gifts and sharing festive greetings with residents. Pop-up performances took place along the route.

The Lingnan intangible cultural heritage market featured traditional crafts including Guangcai porcelain, Guangxiu embroidery, brick carving and Aoyu making, with artisans demonstrating their techniques on site.
Clifford Estates is one of the first "International Community Information Service Centers" under the IP Guangdong platform. The community is home to more than 4,000 foreign residents from nearly 100 countries.
Many foreign residents brought their children to watch the parade and performances. Some followed the procession as it moved through the neighborhood.
The evening carnival began at 7 p.m. with Cantonese opera, magic and traditional instrumental music performed by residents from different countries.
The Residential Committee of Clifford Community said it will continue to organize cultural and recreational activities around traditional festivals and provide more opportunities for residents from different backgrounds to meet and interact.
