Chimelong Forest Hot Spring Park gears up for trial operation, tickets on sale from April 30

Chimelong Qingyuan Resort officially launched the Chimelong Forest Hot Spring Park on April 23, offering a unique blend of hot spring relaxation and immersive animal encounters. As China's first animal-themed hot spring park, tickets will be available for purchase starting April 30.

The park features 41 themed hot spring pools, allowing visitors to soak in warm mineral waters while surrounded by animals such as capybaras, meerkats, giant tortoises, macaws, toco toucans, and owls. Guests can watch playful capybaras enjoy their orange-scented baths, observe meerkats standing alert on their hind legs, and even participate in cleaning the shells of the tortoises.

The park's water is sourced from a 2,300-meter-deep underground reservoir, rich in rare minerals like silicates, fluorine, calcium, and magnesium. Additionally, the park offers unique pools, including a herbal bath infused with angelica and mugwort for improved sleep, and a flower therapy pool with floating lavender and rose petals for aromatic healing. Another highlight is the 4D Illusion hot spring pool, which incorporates cutting-edge VR technology to project stunning scenes of African wildlife migration, delivering an immersive natural experience.

Moreover, the nearby Chimelong Forest Kingdom will host themed activities, including concerts, during the May Day holiday. The iconic steam train will also increase its capacity, allowing more visitors to journey across the "African savannah" and witness the breathtaking spectacle of a great animal migration. Together, the two parks will offer a seamless "day-to-night" experience for tourists, combining wildlife adventures with relaxing hot springs.
