On May 1, the 3rd phase of the 137th Canton Fair kicked off in Guangzhou, focusing on enhancing quality of life and lifestyle experiences.
This phase features 12,043 enterprises, including 849 Canton Fair-branded enterprises and over 2,200 high-quality and specialized enterprises, such as "Little Giant" companies known for precision and innovation, single-product manufacturing champions, and national high-tech enterprises.
The exhibition, spanning 515,000 square meters with 24,560 booths, covers five major sectors: toys and infant products, fashion, home textiles, stationery, and leisure and health.
Participating enterprises have introduced more refined and personalized products to cater to deeper consumer demands. Notable displays include eco-friendly products, ranging from textiles to low-carbon exhibits, reflecting a commitment to sustainability and innovation.
The import exhibition section of this phase features 284 companies from 30 countries and regions, with pavilions from 10 countries, namely Türkiye, Russia, India, Pakistan, South Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand, underscoring the Canton Fair's global appeal and its role as a platform for international trade.
As of April 24, exhibitors had uploaded approximately 890,000 products to the Canton Fair's online platform, many of which showcase self-owned intellectual property and green, low-carbon products.
On May 3, a Global Food Show will be held, featuring specialty foods and beverages from South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Russia, aiming to connect international food and beverage enterprises with Chinese importers and buyers, further promoting cross-border trade.
