The 25th Shenzhen Reading Month starts this month. Focusing on key areas such as science popularization, science fiction, and traditional culture, Shenzhen's Nanshan District will host a total of 25 major reading activities and 208 themed reading events.
Nanshan Library will hold 93 events, including the second science popularization and science fiction event, the third season of the Youth Poetry Festival, and the Booktalker competition, offering citizens a cultural feast.
Online lectures and offline reading sessions will be held to analyze classic literary works. Literary and film celebrities will also be invited to communicate with readers in Shenzhen. Literature and film will collide and blend, exploring more diverse possibilities for film and literary creation. In the form of reciting literary classics, the Nanshan Recitation Season will provide a platform for enthusiasts to learn the patriotic sentiments of revolutionary forebears.
