On March 6, Huang Kunming, Secretary of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee, extended an invitation to young professionals and entrepreneurs at the open day event of the Guangdong delegation in Beijing during China's ongoing third session of the 14th National People's Congress.
In his talk, Huang mentioned the "One Million Talents in Guangdong" initiative, which was launched early this year, aiming to attract one million university graduates to work and start business in the province with competitive salaries, appealing job opportunities, and supportive policies.

Huang also indicated that large-scale spring job fairs will be held to recruit graduates nationwide after the "two sessions". Cities like Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and others will also introduce a series of incentives to attract more talents.
"We welcome more talents to grow and thrive in Guangdong no matter where they are from," Huang said.
