Grandview Group will collaborate with the Baiyun District Government of Guangzhou to host the 2025 "Grandview Maofeng Bay Lantern Festival." The event will kick off on January 25 and last for three days, showcasing the essence of Lingnan folk culture and Cantonese traditions through a display of performances, lighting, markets, cuisine, handicrafts, folk arts, intangible cultural heritage items, exhibitions, educational activities, and entertainment.

The giant lantern group "Shangyuan Lanterns" will shine like the brightest star in the night sky, illuminating Maofeng Mountain with its dazzling lights. Visitors will feel as if they are amidst a scene where "fire trees and silver flowers intertwine, the star bridge opens wide." The festival will also present a colossal dragon lantern "Dragon Soars Across the Nine Regions," which will rise majestically in the night sky.

The "Maofeng Tavern" market will gather over 50 festive vendors to delight visitors with local specialties, including Taihe roast chicken, braised pork ribs, peach blossom red tea, Cantonese big bowl dish, peace and joy taro buns, pure water chestnut flour, and water chestnut cake. The market will also feature New Year flowers, intangible cultural heritage handicrafts, cultural creative products, and interactive activities such as unlimited beer drinking and dumpling-making.

To enhance visitor engagement, the Grandview Maofeng Bay Lantern Festival will feature various interactive activities, including prize draws, blessing games, ranch experiences, outdoor movies, and tug-of-war contests, allowing every participant to feel like a part of the event. Visitors can enjoy Tang dynasty-themed games such as pitch-pot and archery in the lantern amusement park, and interact with animals like camels, alpacas, and spotted deer at the "Maofeng Ranch."

Public Transport Guidance:
There are two bus lines to the Grandview Maofeng Bay Lantern Festival:
1. Route 973, from Xingfengcun Bus Terminal to Taihe (Fengtai Henglu) Bus Terminal.
From Taihe Metro Station to Gangban Village Bus Stop (after getting off, walk 60 meters to the Grandview Maofeng Bay project command center, then head north for 800 meters to reach the festival site).
2. Convenient bus route: Taihe Metro Station Exit A - Taihe Square – Milong Village – Helong Village - Maofeng Mountain West – CPC Helong Village Committee - Huwu - Niugutan Memorial Gateway - Baishan Village Square. Visitors can get off at Baishan Village Square and transfer to bus 973 to the Lantern Festival.
