Starting from mid-July, four Guangzhou Sightseeing Bus routes will resume trial operations. The bus routes comprise three daytime routes, each respectively themed around Xiguan characteristics, the thousand-year-old ancient city, and the city's new central axis; and a nighttime route of the new central axis. The daytime routes will be operational from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while the nighttime route will be run from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The distinctive Xiguan bus route traverses several tourist spots nestled in the historic heart of the city, featuring Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, the Temple of the Six Banyan Trees, Guangxiao Temple, Chen Clan Ancestral Hall, the Cantonese Opera Arts Museum, Yong Qing Fang, and Shamian Island. This journey allows travelers to indulge in authentic Cantonese cuisine and immerse themselves in the rich heritage and allure of Xiguan's cultural legacy.
The bus line themed "thousand-year-old city" showcases a diverse array of attractions related to the Chinese Revolution. Highlights include the Memorial Hall of the CPC's Third National Congress Site, Guangzhou Uprising Martyrs Cemetery, Peasant Movement Institute, Huanghuagang 72 Martyrs' Cemetery, and Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall.

The nighttime line of the city's new central axis spans a greater distance than before, embarking from Canton Tower, going through Guangzhou Bridge, Haixinsha Island, Zhujiang New Town, Ersha Island, Dashatou Dock, and circling back to Canton Tower.

Ticket Purchase Information
Price: The one-day ticket is priced at 40 RMB per adult and is valid for 24 hours from the first validation.
No Ticket Exchange Required: Use the ride QR code provided in the city sightseeing mini-program "城市观光 (pinyin: cheng shi guan guang)" or via SMS to board the bus.
Unlimited Rides: Passengers can enjoy unlimited hop-on and hop-off privileges at designated stops on the specified route during the operational hours of the sightseeing bus.
Child Policy: Children under 1.4 meters tall ride for free (no seat provided). Children 1.4 meters tall and above are charged the same fare as adults. One adult ticket allows for one free child to accompany the passenger.
