A delegation of teachers and students from the Faculty of Education at Thailand's Srinakharinwirot University visited Zhanjiang University of Science and Technology from October 26 to 30 for a cultural exchange. Hands-on activities gave the visitors a taste of traditional Chinese culture and strengthened their friendship with Chinese counterparts.
At workshops, the Thai students tried their hands at Chinese brush calligraphy, decorated lacquer fans and made traditional paper-cut window decorations, getting a firsthand feel for Chinese arts and crafts.
Chinese students performed classical dance, martial arts and lion dance, while Thai students shared their own country's traditions through poetry recitals and traditional dances.
