On May 22, the 21st China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF) opened at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Centre. At the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cultural Industry Innovation Exhibition, the "Oriental Love Fruit" global launch ceremony and a conference on Huizhou lychee production and sales cooperation were held.

With a history of lychee cultivation spanning over 1,000 years, Huizhou currently has a planting area of 396,000 acres, accounting for about one-tenth of Guangdong's total lychee cultivation area. The region is renowned for its high-quality varieties such as Guiwei and Nongmichi. This year's lychee harvest is expected to begin in early June, with a total yield of approximately 120,000 tons.
In recent years, Huizhou has promoted the "Dongpo Lychee" brand, featuring "Zhenlong Lychee" and "Luofushan Lychee" as its core products, both of which are nationally recognized geographical indication products. The city has strengthened brand promotion and cultural dissemination to enhance the market competitiveness and overall benefits of its lychee industry, successfully entering international markets.

At the event, Zungly Group, Hengdali, and Shenzhen Shengsheng Trading signed export agreements with Huizhou lychee producers. Major buyers, including Shouheng Group, Guangdong Zhenzhou Group, and Guangdong Dongli Agricultural Group, also signed procurement agreements with local producers. Additionally, SF Express signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Huizhou Rural and Agricultural Bureau to support the global distribution of Huizhou lychees.
The event featured booths showcasing lychees and their processed products for visitors to taste. Three foreign visitors who sampled the lychees praised them enthusiastically, saying, "The lychees are so sweet, and the lychee wine is delicious!"
