Recently, the Shenzhen Public Resources Trading Center announced that Shenzhen DJI Technology Co., Ltd. won the bid for land parcel T207-0066 with a bid of 2.287 billion yuan.
This commercial land parcel is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Shenwan 2nd Road (深湾二路) and Bai Shi Zhi 1st Street (白石支一街) in Shahe Subdistrict (沙河街道). It covers an area of 15,657.68 square meters, with a total construction area of 188,000 square meters. The land use term is 30 years, and the comprehensive floor price is 12,164.89 yuan per square meter.
DJI is a global leader in the consumer drone market, with its products used in various fields, including aerial photography, agriculture, and public security. Its current headquarters, known as "Sky City," is situated in the strategic emerging industry headquarters base in Liuxiandong (留仙洞战略性新兴产业总部基地), Nanshan District, Shenzhen.
DJI has acquired a plot in the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base to build its global headquarters for the intelligent aviation system and industry ecosystem. According to the terms of the land transfer agreement, DJI, as the winning bidder, must begin construction within 2.5 years of signing the contract and complete the project within 6 years.
