In May, as Maoming lychees hit the market, Dianbai District has embraced lychees as a bridge to create consumption scenarios that integrate culture, tourism, and experiences. It has launched multiple customized tourism routes, allowing visitors to discover Dianbai's unique charms—from its mountains and seas to lychees, aloes, hot springs, and more—along with local cuisine and folk cultures.
Tourists can embark on a journey to savor lychees and indulge in hot springs: enjoy the rural landscapes of Nanqing Village in Huangling Town, appreciate the thousand-year-old lychee culture at Xiadong Ancient Lychee Garden, and then relax in hot springs while watching folk performances at Yushui Ancient Hot Spring Scenic Area.
Additionally, they can embark on a romantic tour across mountains and seas, visiting Dianbai's coastal attractions like Romantic Coast and China's First Beach—enjoying sea views, playing in the sand and water, while tasting fresh lychees and delicious local specialties.
Visitors can also customize themed activities such as dinners under lychee trees, lychee honey making, and orchard treasure hunts, and immerse themselves in creating cultural and creative products like Dianbai shell carvings and lychee pendants.
