On January 22, This is Guangzhou: Xiao Lin Cartoons Exhibition was unveiled at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. This exhibition, presented in a unique artistic form, showcased Guangzhou's local customs, development, and changes, offering travelers a warm cultural journey.

Guangzhou, a city full of inclusiveness and warmth, attracts countless people with its unique cultural charm. From the melodious Cantonese opera in the park to the quaint bridges over the rivers, from the traditional dim sum to Cantonese roast meats (Cantonese BBQ), every corner of Guangzhou is replete with stories. Through the cartoons of Xiao Lin (Mr. Lin Dihuan), this exhibition guides visitors to every corner of Guangzhou, allowing them to feel the warmth and charm of this city.
"The cartoon series covers the humanity, history, and daily life of the Lingnan region. They depict the attitude of Guangzhou people towards the world and their love for life through intricate details, resonating with people from all over the world as they check in or wait for someone at the airport," Mr. Lin Dihuan, the author of Xiao Lin Cartoons, shared the stories behind the works at the exhibition site.

During the Spring Festival travel rush, Guangzhou serves as the starting point and destination for many people, bearing the aspirations of countless travelers yearning for their homes. This exhibition aims to accompany every traveler with Xiao Lin's cartoons, sketching the daily life of Guangzhou with brushstrokes, and making the journey home less lonely.

In addition, during the exhibition arranged are activities of traditional cultural interactive experiences such as hairpin flower making, Spring Festival couplets writing, Snake Year postcard displays, and stamping of commemorative zodiac stamps. The lively atmosphere at the scene enable travelers to appreciate the unique charm of traditional culture, infusing everyone's journey home with a profound sense of the Chinese New Year.

"I never expected to encounter such a heartwarming and exquisite cartoon exhibition and themed activities at the airport. It shows the inherent inclusiveness and warmth of Guangzhou," said Miss Huang, a traveler.

This cartoon exhibition will continue until June this year. The organizers welcome travelers to slow down during their trips and embark on a journey with Xiao Lin to appreciate Guangzhou, savoring the city's unique charm and humanistic allure.
