To warm up for the upcoming 15th National Games, the 2025 Tianhe District Dragon Boat Invitational will take place on June 14 (Saturday) at 1:00 PM at the south gate of Huolushan (Mountain) Forest Park (Cencun Reservoir, Changxing Street, Tianhe District).
This year's competition brings together local village teams, international squads, university crews, and corporate teams for an adrenaline-fueled race on the water. Unlike traditional straight-course races, the event introduces a challenging round-trip sprint format, requiring teams to master explosive acceleration, abrupt stops, precision buoy-tapping, and rapid U-turns while maintaining perfect synchronization.
This format demands explosive power, endurance, balance, and flawless teamwork, making every second a potential game-changer. Spectators can expect non-stop suspense, dramatic reversals, and edge-of-the-seat action—a true "Fast & Furious on Water!"
