Introduction: Skateboarding began as a land-based offshoot of surf culture and has evolved into a sport that blends technical skill, creativity, and individual expression. In 2016, it was added to the program of the Games of the XXXII Olympiad (Tokyo 2020), featuring two disciplines: street and park, with judging based on trick difficulty, execution quality, style, and innovation. Skateboarding was incorporated as a competitive discipline in both the 14th and 15th National Games of the People's Republic of China.
