Introduction: Each team may field up to 7 players on the court at a time, comprising one goalkeeper and six court players. The match begins with a throw-off by one team from the center of the court. Using passing, dribbling, and other techniques, teams attempt to score by throwing the ball into the opponent's goal from outside the goal area; each goal counts as one. A regulation game lasts 60 minutes, played in two halves of 30 minutes each, with a 10-minute halftime interval.
