Two months ago, "Elisabeth" sparked a craze for Austrian-German musicals. "Rebecca," as another classic masterpiece following "Elisabeth," has made a brand-new design and adjustment on stage. Moreover, it boasts a vast number of props and costumes, with the leading actress alone changing more than 20 outfits throughout the show, and the props are also meticulously chosen.

Daphne du Maurier, the author of the original work, presents the complexity of human nature in "Rebecca" through thrilling and intense plots, winning the American National Book Award and the Anthony Award that year in 1938. In 1940, "Rebecca" was remade into a movie by the famous director Sir Alfred Hitchcock, earning 11 Oscar nominations. In 2006, Michael Rolf Kunze and Sylvester Levay jointly created the musical "Rebecca," making it a world-renowned classic. After more than 80 years, people are still expecting the story of "Rebecca" to be reinterpreted.

"Rebecca" narrates the thrilling experiences of the female protagonist "I" after she meets the wealthy Maxim de Winter at Manderley. It depicts the fascinating transformation of "I" from a shy, timid, and insecure newlywed to a strong, confident woman.

"Rebecca" offers a fresh interpretation of the classic, combining a love story with dark elements, bringing an extraordinary artistic experience to Chinese musical enthusiasts.
