Theme: Entries should explore APEC-related topics, such as "My Vision of an Asia-Pacific Community with a Shared Future" and "APEC and the Future of Greater Bay Area Youth", among others.
2、语言要求：如作品内容包含语言文字，须以外文（如英文、法文、德文、日文等）为主要创作语言，配中文翻译。作品中如无中文翻译，则请另附中文版本或中文翻译。注意:仅以中文为创作语言的作品将被判为无效投稿，比如旁白以中文为主、仅字幕为外文的纪录片。
Language requirements: If the entries contain text, it must be primarily created in a foreign language (e.g., English, French, German, Japanese, etc.), accompanied by a Chinese translation. If the entries do not include a Chinese translation, please attach a Chinese version or translation separately. Entries created solely in Chinese are not eligible for the competition. For example, documentaries in which the narration is primarily in Chinese and only the subtitles are in a non-Chinese language will not be accepted.
3、作品类别：参赛作品分为5类，包括文字报道、数据新闻、音频视频、纪实摄影、融媒体作品（如H5、新闻游戏、动画、条漫）等。
Categories: Entries are divided into 5 categories, including written reports, data journalism, audio and video works, documentary photography, and integrated media works (e.g., H5 pages, news games, animation, web comics, etc.).
4、作品内容要求：必须是原创内容，转载、摘抄或整合其他渠道内容的作品不可参赛。可以是近期已发表作品，但应获得发布媒体的同意。作品风格不限，要求主题鲜明、逻辑清晰、叙事流畅，传播手段和形式有一定的创新性。参赛作品不得涉及色情、暴力、宗教与种族歧视等内容，不能与法律法规相抵触。严禁剽窃、抄袭，不得植入广告，不存在知识产权争议。如有AI辅助，请对AI工作部分进行具体说明。
Content requirements: The submitted works must be original. Entries that are reposted, excerpted, or integrated from other sources are not eligible. Recently published works are acceptable but must have the consent of the publishing media. The style of the works is unrestricted, but it must have a clear theme, logical structure, and smooth narrative, with some innovation in communication methods and forms. Entries must not involve pornography, violence, religious or racial discrimination, or conflict with laws and regulations. Plagiarism and copyright infringement are strictly prohibited, and entries must not contain advertisements or intellectual property disputes. If AI tools are used, please provide a detailed explanation of the AI's contribution.
5、作品格式要求：
Format requirements
(1) 文字报道要求：包括原创的消息、特稿、深度报道和评论。文件格式为WORD、PDF。外文字数不超过3000字，并附中文翻译版。
Written reports: Original news reports, feature stories, in-depth reports, and commentaries are accepted. Submissions must be in Word or PDF format. The non-Chinese language text should not exceed 3,000 words and must be accompanied by a Chinese translation.
(2) 数据新闻作品要求：必须有原创的数据分析内容、可视化呈现，不可直接截图其他来源的数据图表。文件格式为PDF或JPG。须以外语为主要创作语言，配中文翻译（作品中如无中文，则请另附中文翻译）
Data journalism: Entries must include original data analysis and visualizations. Direct screenshots of data charts from other sources are not allowed. Submissions must be in PDF or JPG format. Entries must be primarily created in a non-Chinese language, accompanied by a Chinese translation. If the entry does not include Chinese, please attach a Chinese translation separately.
(3) 音视频作品要求：单个作品不超过8分钟。音频作品以MP3格式上传。视频作品以MP4格式上传。音视频中的旁白须以外语为主要语言，并附上外语与中文字幕。
Audio and video works: Each entry should not exceed 8 minutes. Audio works must be uploaded in MP3 format. Video works must be uploaded in MP4 format. The voiceover in audio and video works must be primarily in a non-Chinese language, with subtitles in both the original language and Chinese.
(4) 纪实摄影类作品要求：应为原创作品、一次性拍成的原始图像，不得进行影像的添加、涂抹或合成等后期技术处理，仅可进行适当调色。作品必须真实客观，不接受电脑合成照片和多重曝光。每组作品不超过6张。附上文字说明，对每幅（组）作品的拍摄时间、地点、人物、内容背景等作不超过100字（外文）以内的简要说明，另附中文翻译。作品为JPEG格式，保留EXIF信息。
Documentary photography: Entries must be original and captured in a single shot. Post-processing techniques such as adding, smudging, or synthesizing images are not allowed, though appropriate color adjustments are permitted. Works must be truthful and objective. Computer-synthesized photos and multiple exposures are not accepted. Each set of works should not exceed 6 images with a written description of no more than 100 words (in a non-Chinese language) for each image or set, providing details such as the time, location, subjects, and context of the shoot. A Chinese translation must be attached. Files must be in JPEG format with EXIF information preserved.
(5) 融媒体作品：包括但不限于交互式网页、H5、短视频合集、VR/AR新闻、原创游戏、动画短片（2D/3D）、漫画插画、新闻互动游戏等多媒体融合形式。需至少包含两种及以上媒介形态。须以外语为主要创作语言，配中文翻译（作品中如无中文，则请另附中文翻译）。请提供URL链接或可执行文件。
Integrated media works: Entries may include, but are not limited to, interactive web pages, H5 pages, short video collections, VR/AR news productions, original games, animated shorts (2D/3D), comics and illustrations, and interactive news games. Each entry must incorporate at least two different media forms. Works must be primarily created in a non-Chinese language, accompanied by a Chinese translation. If the work does not include Chinese, please attach a Chinese translation separately. Please provide a URL or executable file.
6、同一个作品不可重复投稿至不同类别，同一作者不可投稿超过2个作品。
The same entry can only be submitted to one category. Each participant may submit a maximum of two entries.
7、违反参赛规则的作品将被取消参赛资格。
Any entry that fails to comply with the competition rules will be disqualified.
