On the morning of Jan 15th, the fourth plenary session of the 15th Guangzhou Municipal People’s Congress kicked off at Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center.

Wen Guohui, Mayor of Guangzhou, delivered the governmental work report on the city's Legislative annual Session, summarizing Guangzhou’s progress in 2018 and also missions in 2019.
