Jiangmen and Macao have recently launched the "One Test, Two Certificates" initiative for maternal and infant care professionals. Twenty-nine Macao trainees successfully completed the joint certification assessment at Jiangmen's Provincial High-Skilled Talent Public Training Base.
The participants obtained dual certification: a Jiangmen-issued Specialized Vocational Ability Certificate and a Macao Vocational Skills Certificate awarded by the Macao SAR Labour Affairs Bureau.
This initiative breaks down geographical barriers, achieving seamless integration of vocational certification frameworks across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It simultaneously validates practitioners' professional competencies and enhances their career mobility.
