At the inauguration ceremony, the newly established Nanao Mountain & Sea Ramble Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. was officially unveiled. The company aims to integrate the rich cultural, ecological, and tourism resources of Nan'ao, focusing on developing low-altitude tourism, coastal water sports, leisure tourism projects, and so on.
Following the unveiling, two EHang H216 autonomous aerial vehicles roared to life, gracefully lifting off the ground and soaring into blue skies. Their successful maiden flights mark Shantou as the first city in eastern Guangdong to officially enter the "low-altitude economy" sector, with this project standing as a national first for an island county.
