I. Use of submitted materials

1. Copyright of all submitted articles and photographs remains with their original copyright holders. The organizer respects and protects the intellectual property rights of all participants. Contributors are solely responsible for any legal issues arising from their submissions, including but not limited to copyright, portrait rights, privacy, and reputation rights.

2. By submitting an entry, participants grant the organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the submitted articles and photographs for purposes related to this campaign, including publication, public welfare promotion, and distribution through the organizer's or partner media platforms. The organizer reserves the right to make necessary technical or editorial adjustments without altering the original intent of the work.

II. Entry rules and copyright

1. Entries must be original, truthful, and consistent with the theme of the campaign. They must not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content, nor may they include commercial advertising or infringe upon the intellectual property or other legal rights of any third party.

2. For team submissions, a contact person must be identified in the submission form or submission email. The designated contact person shall be responsible for all copyright and other rights related to the submitted work and must ensure that the submission is original or that all necessary rights and permissions have been obtained. The organizer accepts no liability for any copyright or other rights disputes. In the event of any infringement or legal disputes, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the submission and pursue any legal remedies available to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests.
