Boilingman’s Drama House

Venue: Labyrinth Art Museum (2F, Jingzili Cultural and Creative Community, Liwan District, Guangzhou)

This is a construction project that has been prepared for nearly half a year. It expresses the joy of illustrator Boilingman who wants to catch a horse. With the gradual improvement of the construction project, this place has become a nonsensical paradise and a visually experimental place.

Cangzi quit her job in a financial company twenty years ago. By chance, she started to practice painting without any foundation. She paints balcony, screens, and flowers at home, and painted stories that moved her. She uses photography, horse racing, and painting to establish a new way of understanding life. She has turned her life into Duchamp's words, "My best work is my life".

Boundless | CASCI Official Art Exhibition

Time: July 16 - October 10

Venue: China Resources Building B1 Art Gallery (No. 2666 Keyuan South Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen)

This 2,200 square meter exhibition shows the situation of China Aviation. It combines fashion, technology, and art elements, and uses naked-eye 3D holographic technology to show memorable moments in China's aerospace industry. The audience can also experience life in space here, such as floating in space in a spacesuit, or experiencing the astronaut’s physiological response in a simulated microgravity environment.

Memory store: China in the photos of seven Magnum photographers(1940s-1990s)

Time: July 24-September 20

Venue: Daken Art Space, 205, Building A4, North District of Overseas Chinese Town Creative Park, Nanshan District, Shenzhen

This is a photography exhibition of works created in China by Magnum photographers. For the first time in China, 63 photographs of Henri Cartier-Bresson, Marc Riboud, Werner Bischof, René Burri, Inge Morath, Bruno Barbey and Hiroji Kubota will be exhibited in a centralized manner. At the same time, "Jet Lag", "The CHAIN", "Robert Capa, Traces d'une legende", "all that life can afford, Matt Stuart", "Stuart franklin, Narcissus", "Magnum Century Classic", "home", "Georgian Spring" and more than 10 publications by the photographers will also be displayed.

Venue: Shenzhen Gaobei 16th Creative Park

The exhibition reviews the important events and conceptual developments of sex education in China in the 1980s, 1990s, 00s and 10s. It presents the knowledge of body cognition and health relationship to the audience in an artistic way, creating an interesting and immersive educational space. The exhibition also has performances such as speeches, charity dramas and talk shows, allowing the audience to communicate and discuss in a more in-depth way.

Xu Bing Book from the Ground

Time: May 1- September 1

Venue: C Future Lab, Futian District, Shenzhen

Xu Bing is one of the most popular contemporary Chinese artists. His "Book from the Ground" will be presented in the form of books for the first time, telling the 24-hour life story of Shenzhen people. This is the most comprehensive and largest exhibition of "Book from the Ground". And it is also an immersive art experience and an exploration of the relationship between the citiy and its people.

Fu Yibing solo exhibition

Time: July 28- September 28

Venue: DESHENG Art Museum

This exhibition showcases Fu Yibing's paintings of plants and animals. Fu Yibing created some paintings around Shaxi Town and Dali. He uses simple colors to create bamboo, pine and cypress, flowers and other artefacts in a Chinese cultural tradition, so that the work presents the visual effect of Chinese ink painting.

The Chair: Furniture art exhibition by four Danish designers

Time: June 19 - December 31

Venue: Foshan 272 Gallery 3F, 4F

This exhibition showcased the furniture works of four Danish designers, Arne Jacobsen, Hans J. Wegner, Børge Mogensen, and Finn Juhl. The Danish design style was born in 1920. These four designers led the international design trend in the mid-20th century and created the "golden age" of modern Danish design.

SHINJUKU Resolution: Yoshirotten with Daido Moriyama | HEM2

Time: August 15 - September 26

Venue: HE Art Museum

Japanese visual artist Yoshirotten uses digital media to decompose or reassemble the photos of Japanese photographer Daido Moriyama, turning the photo into a "faulty" electronic screen, which creates a sense of time stagnation and alienation. This creative exhibition brings a sense of the future to the streets of Shinjuku taken by Daido Moriyama.
