Deputy Director General of Rossiya Segodnya: New route set to reshape Asia-Pacific shipping economy
On September 5, Dmitrii Gornostaev, Deputy Director General of Rossiya Segodnya, made a speech at the Asia-Pacific Media Forum. He cited the recent arrival of the first Chinese container vessel at the port of Murmansk via Russia's Northern Sea Route as an example, noting that this is a brand-new and more cost-effective shipping route for commercial vessels.
